About Us

We are an independent company owned and led by our managing director, Mike Bladon, who has 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations (cGMP), facilities management and HSEQ management systems.  He is a Lean Six Sigma black belt who has managed global change initiatives, helped organisations to achieve significant savings and benefits through improvement projects and was previously interim Director of Quality Operations at Catalent Inc.

 

Mike is proud to be a practitioner with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), qualified lead auditor and associate auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and a member of the Project Managment Institute (PMI).
