We offer three options (or a combination) for working together;
Ad-hoc consultancy - we provide day rate consulting for those clients who either want to dip their toes or fine-tune their systems
Project basis - for specific short-term improvement projects and ISO standard certification support we undertake an initial evaluation followed by fixed-price delivery quote. This suits clients who have a very targeted focus area that does not require wider improvement
OpEx Change Programme - our preferred method of working to deliver the change that clients really need. A full life-cycle engagement across the Define, Execute and Embed phases on a minimum 12 month basis, with high early involvement from our team; developing the strategic program, delivering change, actively coaching and transitioning to a phased reduction and handover to your internal team towards completion
